How we decide on a call
Client wants llms.txt as a file they can diff in git: RiseChat Basic or Pro, plus Promptwatch if there is a content program. Client wants to know if AI traffic converted: Promptwatch Essential at minimum. Client wants "why did ChatGPT drop us": Promptwatch Professional, because crawler logs are the answer we can stand behind.
Basic $60 versus Essential $95 is a fake saving if the QBR still needs visitor events. Pro $185 versus Professional $245 is a fake saving if the QBR still needs 25M logs.
Forty-eight hour checks mean we cannot promise a same-week incident review on RiseChat monitoring alone.
