Brandlight vs Peec AI: How We Explain the Choice to Clients
Brandlight is an enterprise platform with no public price. Peec AI is a tidy tracker from $95 a month. What each is good for and what we run instead.
Clients sometimes bring us a two-name shortlist: Brandlight and Peec AI. On paper they look like rivals. In practice they sit at opposite ends of how a company buys software, and neither covers the whole job of getting a brand cited. Here is how we lay it out in the first call.
Brandlight in plain terms
Brandlight is an enterprise AI visibility platform. It tracks mentions, sentiment and citation sources, and it offers a multi-brand, multi-region command center with a strategist on the account. It raised a $30M Series A in February 2026, about $36M in total, and it has SOC 2 Type II, SSO and role-based access. Named customers include Kimberly-Clark, LG, The Hartford and Estée Lauder.
The friction is commercial. There is no public price, and the pricing page has returned a 404. The estimates we see range from an unverified $199 a month to $4,000 to $15,000 a month for enterprise. There is no trial, and its documentation describes 30 to 90 days to full productivity. Reviewers on G2 also say it tells you what is wrong without fixing it. For a client whose team has to ship content, that last point decides a lot.
Peec AI in plain terms
Peec AI is a self-serve tracker from $95 a month. People like the interface. It scores visibility per prompt over time, keeps screenshot evidence, includes unlimited seats and daily data, and has a 4.9 on G2.
Two things to check before signing. Each tier covers three of six or more models, and additional models cost $35 to $165 a month each, so real bills run 30 to 50 percent above the list price. And there is no historical backfill, so your baseline begins the day you subscribe. Claude and DeepSeek tracking are Enterprise only. It also stops at measurement. It will tell you where you appear, not what to change.
The gap both leave
We work on a simple chain: is the brand visible, why or why not, where do the models find content about it, does the traffic convert, and what do we publish next. Brandlight and Peec AI cover the first link. Neither documents AI crawler logs, conversion attribution or content publishing.
That is why we run programs on Promptwatch. Agent Analytics tells us whether ChatGPTBot, ClaudeBot or PerplexityBot reached a page, which saves days of guessing when something is not being cited. Citation analytics show which pages, Reddit threads and YouTube videos the models lean on. Visitor analytics connect AI-referred visits to conversions, which is what a client's finance lead wants to see. Content Agents then plan, write and publish to Webflow or Framer, and we approve each draft in the review inbox.
The plans are public: Explore is free, Essential is $95 a month with a 7-day trial, Professional is $245, Business is $579, and agency plans start at $199.
How we advise
If a client needs compliance paperwork and account management for a global footprint, we say Brandlight is built for that and explain the wait. If a client wants a good-looking tracker and already has people to act on the data, Peec AI can work, with the model add-ons priced in up front. If the brief is to get cited more and show the result, we steer them to the platform that does the diagnosing and publishing in one place.
Our broader take on the field is in Brandlight alternatives: what we recommend when clients ask. If you want a second opinion on your own shortlist, or you would rather we run the program, get in touch.
