Ceyo Alternatives in 2026

Our view on Ceyo alternatives for agencies and in-house teams that need AI search measurement and action, from a team that runs client programs on this stack.

Agency owners keep asking us about Ceyo, so we read through the product pages. The pitch is sensible: capture what AI engines say about a brand, rank the fixes, and let a Technical Agent apply schema and crawlability repairs. Pricing is aimed at agencies, with plans at $39, $119 and $399 a month billed yearly. We have not run a client program on Ceyo, so this is a read of the public material and not a field report.

Where teams hit limits

Three things come up when you read the pricing page closely. Each plan tracks only a subset of the eight engines: two on Core, three on Grow, four on Pro+. The Content Agent is a beta for Pro+ and Enterprise. And the AI Analytics surface is described as a count of AI agent requests, without a list of the sources behind it.

None of that makes Ceyo a bad tool. It makes it a tool where you should decide in advance whether your clients care about Claude, Copilot or Grok, and whether "the bot visited" is enough evidence for a client report.

What we use instead

For client work we run Promptwatch, and the reason is the evidence chain. Agent Analytics reads AI crawler logs through the CDN the client already has, such as Cloudflare, AWS CloudFront, Fastly or Vercel, and shows which bot hit which page and where it hit errors. Citation analytics then shows which pages and domains the engines cited. Visitor analytics connects that to AI-referred sessions and conversions. In a quarterly review, that sequence is what lets us say what moved and why.

The agency plans also fit the way we work. Kick-off is $199 a month, Growth $399 and Scale $799, each with unlimited projects, unlimited prompts and ten seats, so adding a client does not change the bill. Content Agents handle gap analysis and draft articles for Webflow or Framer, and nothing publishes until someone on our side approves it in the review inbox.

Other options, briefly

We have looked at several others through the public pages, not through client use.

Dageno starts at $79 a month with six agents and a pitch builder for prospects. It limits each project to three platforms and keeps API and MCP for Enterprise.

Mentionable includes all its engines from 79 EUR a month and drafts a page for every prompt you are missing from. No crawler logs.

BotRank.ai scrapes real interfaces daily and bundles a GEO agent from 89 EUR a month, which suits a European agency.

Foglift gives away technical audits and puts AI crawler analytics on every plan, including the free one. It does not publish content.

How we would choose

Start with the question the client will ask in month three: did this work? If the answer needs to show crawler visits, citations and conversions in one place, pick a platform that has all three. If the client only needs a monthly visibility score and a schema fix list, a cheaper tool is fine, and Ceyo's entry plan is one of them.

Whatever you pick, run ten real prompts for two weeks before signing anything annual. Ceyo offers a 14-day trial with no card on agency plans, and Promptwatch has a free Explore plan with 10 prompts on ChatGPT, which is enough to see the dashboard against your current tool.
