Qwairy Alternatives in 2026

Our take on Qwairy alternatives for brands that need AI search measurement without a credit meter that pauses analyses, from a team that runs client programs on Promptwatch.

A few prospects have asked about Qwairy, so we sat with the public site and the pricing page. Qwairy is a French GEO suite with six modules named Cockpit, Monitor, Act, Analyze, Optimize and Measure. The homepage lists ChatGPT, Perplexity, Copilot, Gemini, AI Overviews, Grok, Claude, Mistral, AI Mode and DeepSeek. There is a free audit for ChatGPT, Gemini and Copilot without an account. We have not run a client program on Qwairy, so this is a read of the public pitch and what we would check before putting it on a retainer, not a field report.

What we would check before committing

Paid Starter is €79 a month for 100 prompts and 1,300 credits (or €65 on annual billing). One monitoring query costs one credit per model. A content brief costs 50 credits. When credits hit zero, new analyses pause until you buy more. Unused credits roll over on renewal. That meter is the first thing we would stress-test. A team tracking 100 prompts across a long engine list daily will burn 1,300 credits in days, not a month.

Sampling is mixed. ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Grok are listed as UI plus API. Copilot, AI Overviews and AI Mode are UI. Claude, Mistral and DeepSeek are API samples. If a client cares what a logged-in user sees, that split matters. Fact Check is still beta. Crawler analytics, Looker Studio and alerts sit on Business at €449 a month. The homepage says 120 free credits; the pricing FAQ says 100. We would treat the free start as a poke at the product, not a stable trial number.

Growth is €199 a month (€165 annual) for 300 prompts, 3,900 credits, five workspaces and the REST API. MCP is on all paid plans. The site claims 2,000+ brands and lists connectors for Search Console, Bing Webmaster and analytics tools. We did not count customers or verify case studies.

The alternatives we would look at

Promptwatch. This is the platform we run client programs on. The reason is the measurement stack, not a longer module list. Agent Analytics reads real AI crawler logs and shows the path from crawl to citation. Visitor analytics attribute AI sessions and conversions through a lightweight script or GTM. Citation analytics go down to Reddit and YouTube. Content Agents plan and publish GEO articles to Webflow or Framer through a review inbox. Brand plans are published: Explore is free with 10 ChatGPT prompts, Essential is $95 a month with a 7-day trial, Professional is $245, Business is $579. Agency self-serve runs Kick-off at $199, Growth at $399 and Scale at $799 with unlimited projects and prompts. Start at Promptwatch.

AthenaHQ and Scrunch AI. Worth a look when an internal team wants an action queue or content-heavy site tooling. We evaluate them from public pricing when a brief fits. Neither replaces the crawler-log and visitor-attribution loop we use on Promptwatch for client QBRs.

Profound. Sold largely as enterprise marketing agents for AEO, content, demand and PR. Public Starter is $99 a month billed yearly and ChatGPT-only. The product people usually mean is Enterprise, with contracts starting around $40k a year. It is not our default self-serve AI-search tracker.

We would not lead an alternatives shortlist with Otterly.AI or Peec AI. Both are monitoring-first trackers we know from public listings. Otterly starts at $29 a month with 15 prompts and data that can lag up to seven days. Peec starts at $95 a month with three models included and per-model add-ons after that. Fine for a narrow tracking experiment. Incomplete for the programs we run.

How we would run the comparison

Take ten prompts per brand. Run them for two weeks in Qwairy's free credits or Starter and in Promptwatch Explore or Essential. Change one page per prompt. Watch whether the tool can tell you what happened: bot visit, citation, traffic. On Qwairy, also watch the credit balance and whether analyses pause mid-trial. The winner is the one whose report you could put in front of a client without apologizing for a gap.

Our default remains to get the baseline first. Promptwatch says it monitors the real interface of each engine rather than relying only on API calls, across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Grok, Llama, DeepSeek, Mistral and Copilot, plus Google AI Overviews and AI Mode. Qwairy's engine list is broad on paid plans, but three of the headline models are API samples and crawler analytics wait until Business. That is the trade we would put on the whiteboard.

If you would rather not run the trial yourself, get in touch. We do this setup for clients regularly.
